What is the procedure and deadline for returning my order?

Make your return within 14 days of receiving your order and three business days during the sale period. To make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in perfect condition with the special markings (tags), the proof of order and the special return form.

IN THE CASE OF A RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Make an exchange with the same or another product through our online store.
• You have the possibility to send your parcel back with any carrier you wish, as the charge is yours.

Your parcel inside should contain:

A. the product you are returning B. your receipt

To reserve/reserve the product with which you wish to change, you must place a new order following the same procedure as a normal order. To deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, in the “Comments” field note the word “Change”.

Please note that the final amount with the credit will not be automatically shown to you when you place your order, it will be deducted from our account after your return has been processed.

You must ship the product:

• In the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging having been tampered with and confirming that the product’s special markings have not been removed.

In addition, you must send us the retail receipt together with the product. In case you want to return products that have experienced a problem in their operation and are covered by warranty, the product is returned and the support department of thenyma.com will contact you and inform you about the course of repair or replacement of the product.

Cancellation of Order

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

Before completing the order: During the online process, you can remove the product quantities from your shopping cart by clicking on the delete button and after updating. At the same time, you can change the quantity of the products to zero.

If the online order has been completed but not shipped: Send us a written message on the company’s Instagram page or by email at info@thenyma.com. One of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.

After receiving the product: Send us a written message on the Instagram page or by email to info@thenyma.com, explaining the reason for the cancellation. One of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.

If your order has already been invoiced: Contact customer service at +306983670553 and provide your order details. One of our associates will handle the cancellation and inform you of your options.

Note: Personalized products such as wedding gowns and special orders cannot be returned.
