Shipping methods
WITHIN GREECE
All shipments within Greece are made via Speedex, Elta courier and Courierscouter.
The cash on delivery option only applies to shipments within Greece.
Delivery time varies by region. Estimated time is approximately 1-3 business days.
Orders are not dispatched and delivered on weekends and public holidays.
In case of receiving your package from the courier store, you should know that the package remains at the nearest store for 6 working days.
Cash on delivery cost: €5
For orders over €100, shipping is FREE.
CYPRUS
Shipments to Cyprus are made with Courierscouter.
You can choose either standard delivery (3-7 working days) – cost €19
Either express delivery (2-3 days) – cost 23€
Shipping costs depend on the choice of standard or express delivery.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
Standard delivery (8-10 working days) shipping costs are €60 and depending on the region the delivery time may vary.
Express delivery (2-3 working days) shipping costs are €120 and depending on the region the delivery time may vary.
AUSTRALIA
Standard delivery (3-6 working days) shipping costs are €80 and depending on the region the delivery time may vary.
Express delivery (1-2 working days) shipping costs are €160 and depending on the region the delivery time may vary.
GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS:
– In the event that the customer does not receive his package with the cash on delivery method and the package returns to us, he will not have the right to place any order again with the cash on delivery method, except with a bank deposit.
– In case of purchasing a product from one of our bazaars, or a product with a discount, there is no possibility of a refund.
– No shipments are made on weekends and holidays.
